Negativity is something you’ll always have to deal with. It’s part of life. It doesn’t matter whether your fat or thin, rich or poor, negativity will always be a factor. People are always going to have something to say. It may be something positive or it may be something negative, regardless people will talk. Its human nature actually, and once we can come to terms with that, life won’t be that hard.
The way I chose to deal with it all, is to carry on with my life, ensure I remain a good person, constantly strive to be the best version of myself every single day and know I am enough. We can’t control how people perceive us, or act towards us. None the less we CAN control our reactions – and ladies we should always keep it classy.
My advice to other women, please STOP comparing yourself to everyone else. That is possible the worst and most detrimentally thing you could do to yourself. It is absolutely not healthy and it will only cripple your confidence and perception of yourself. Another thing, always do what makes you happy, happy women are the most beautiful women. Get excited about your dreams and visions. And lastly, get your shape in shape and live YOUR best life.
It’s not about being perfect, no one is perfect, and it’s silly to think anyone is. It’s about learning to love your imperfections perfectly.
How do we as women do this? It takes love and effort. When strong women put in the effort, transformations on the inside take place, and that is when positive change happens trumps negativity.
We can’t expect to change the world if we are too afraid to start with ourselves.
