Negative comments and bullying within social media use to really bother me. It had especially bothered me when I started shooting for Donna. This was a time in my career when I became very active on social media. Naturally, when you become active on any social media platform you open the doors to internet trolls. And believe me when I say, “this” part of the job is not something you can prepare for. You need to develop a thick skin and continue on with a positive attitude.
Even at this point in my career, it’s extremely hard to grasp the concept of cyber bullying. I sit and think to myself, do these people literally wait around for you to post a positive post only to poison it with “hate”? I have been and still am a victim of negative comments. I have had people comment things like; “Are you proud of being fat?” or “You are disgusting! how can you post something like that?”
I feel sorry for people like that, and I honestly DON’T CARE what other people have to say about me and my “FAT ASS” (for your information, I love this fat ass of mine) at the end of the day it’s their opinion and their opinion doesn’t matter. Their words are NOT a bullet in a gun that could physically harm me. The only time you’ll allow harm onto yourself is if you allow them to pull the trigger.
DON’T HATE ME CAUSE YOU AIN’T ME. The ratio of women I am an inspiration to compared to the ratio of women who “hate” on me are far too wide apart for me to take note of the “haters”. I chose to fulfill my day with woman and young girls I can motivate and inspire.
YOU ARE SIZE BEAUTIFUL, LET YOU HATERS BE YOUR MOTIVATORS.
